Apartment Review for Four Towers Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I have lived in these apts for many many years so believe me when I say this place has turned to a living hell starting with the BED BUGS I know of quite a few people who suffers from this problem they so have a huge population of foreigner who has takin over this place I don't mind diversity but I do mind when they trash the place rotate in and out and you never really know who lives there legally I've stepped over spit on the floors cleaned up piss from the elevators taken trash out of the laundry room picked trash from the hallways and around my building exterminates MICE in my apt fought off roaches complained complained complained and recieved a deaf ear from the rental office who's favorite line is no one else has complained and to top it off they now have been allowing dogs and when a pair of noisy moved out and left two pit bulls behind living in they're apt I complained to the rental office and was told by the manager that she was not about to go and knock on that door with those dogs there she feared for her own safety yet we had to live with the dogs barking throw the night and believe me we lost alot of sleep because of it and not to mention the cars that speed through here with LOUD music and wake you from your sleep because the bass thumps so loud that you feel it in you chest as it echos through your whole apt the horns never stop blowing and the kids over you never stop running and banging and I'am so tired of complaining the dumpsters are always overflowing even when they're empty you can take a persons address to the office and they do nothing but say what it takes to get you out of there face and there are many more complaints believe me all I say is true so dont say I did'nt warn you and if you decide to move I guess I'll have to say WELCOME TO LITTLE MEXICO YOU'VE JUST ENTERED HELL
