old. lacks regular maintenanace. Resident managers try to avoid the needed repair work as far as possible. Try to avoid odd numbered apartments as their bedrooms face a busy sharon road and is very noisy. On flip side its good location wise with major highways, library, postal office very near by  Need to rent an apartment?
