Apartment Review for Fairways At Royal Oak - Cincinnati, OH

I've lived in many run-down locations but they were Club Med compaired to this place! The cost of rent does NOT go with the standard of living. The maintance staff will enter your apartment whenever they feel there is a 'need.' My AC has broken twice within the year. The apartment has flooded TWICE - with no response from the "emergency line." I had to call 911 to get it shut off. I've been awaken during the early morning to move my car because they decided to tar the parking lot (but not pave the pot holes). Loud noises resembling gun shots can be heard at all hours of the night. Even though it is in a wooded area and beautiful to look at......IT SUCKS! I'M MOVING!
