Apartment Review for Emery Center Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

We have lived all over the U.S. and have never found a place that we love as much as the Emery Center. First of all the Management is great, never had better. The apartments have a lot style and class. Huge floor plans, new appliances, wood floors in most units, title in Kitchen and Bath, beautiful cabinets, cool light fixtures, really high ceilings(I think 14ft), massive windows with great views. They defiantly paid attention to all the little details and it really makes a difference. The building is so cool. It looks like marble flooring in the hallways and lobby. Two elevators, one is really big, so moving in is a cinch. We love the roof top patio, there is an awesome grill for the tenets to use. Amazing view of downtown from the roof and it is never closed. In the summer time there are beautiful plants and trees. Let's just say you will love it!! There is a nice gym with free weights and bunch of different equipment. The location is great. Everything is in walking distance. I work at the Crew Tower and it is a 10min walk. There are really nice(and very expensive) condos right next to the Emery. Security is great, it's like Fort Knox. They have garage parking under the building so you step out of your car right into the building, makes you feel very safe. There trash shoots on every floor, there is guest apartment for the tenets guest only, and a community room great for parties. There is also a great little coffee shop in the building. For downtown living in Cincinnati, there is no better place to live. So, if you are lucking enough to find a vacancy jump at the opportunity.
