Disappointing

On the surface, this place is great. Most of the current tenants signed leases while the building was still under construction. Unfortunately, many of the luxury amenities promised never came through. As soon as the tenants were in, the luxury stopped. If you purely take the place on face value, then it's great. There are beautiful hardwood/tile floors, new kitchens, fresh paint. The laundry is ridiculously overpriced. The security cameras that everyone was supposed to be able to access never happened. And the free internet for the building failed immediately. The building was built in the 1920's, so the sound from your neighbors can be annoying, but completely to be expected. The noise from the street is no fault of the landlord. Afterall, Eastern Ave is the truck route of St Rt 50 through that area. For $100 - $150 less per month in rent, I would give this place much higher marks. Since many things were promised that never happened, it is overpriced for what you receive. |
