this apartment building seemed nice through the ad on craigslist especially since it was a rehabbed building that was advertised as luxury apartments. apparently the term luxury is a subjective term that entails new slate counters, fresh paint, stainless apartments, and surveilance cameras. unfortunately, the surveilance cameras were never accessible after move-in, the trash neighbors ran their four-wheelers and got into cussing matches at all hours, and the walls certainly were not soundproof -as in hearing the neighbor have sex and then her dog barking in a dog-free building. the parking lot was not paved as promised and there was not enough "secure" parking in the unpaved lot. another complaint, the laundry room was not been completed after move-in. if you are moving from a trailer park, this place might be luxury to you. but if you are moving from a normal neighborhood in cincinnati, you will not think this place is luxury. |
