Like the Hotel California, you can never leave. They find ways to get more money from you long after you've left. They have too many empty apts. as of 2009 and the greedy owners need money. Don't be surprised to receive a bill three months after leaving, to replace an appliace for some bullshit reason. Steer clear of this place.  Need to rent an apartment?
