Apartment Review for Deerfield Rental Community - Cincinnati, OH

We luckily never lived here, however we were going to. Then I read the reviews on the ratings site and saw they had bed bugs in numerous units. My husband called and asked for our deposit back, not the application fees just the deposit. We were told we could have that back for any reason if we decided not to live there or if they did not want us. Well he called and asked for it back and they refused to return our money. They claim it is nonrefundable. Do NOT trust this apartment complex. The townhouse we saw was crappy looking. I would never have even gone had I read the reviews on the ratings site. I am posting on that site as well.
