My townhouse is very large and comfortable and the rent is not as bad as other apartments in the area. Even though I agree the apartments need to be updated, what I like best about The Colony of Springdale is the office staff and the maintenance people. Problems that I have had were fixed pretty quickly and the maintenance people are very nice. The two ladies in the office are about as wonderful as they come and they always take the time to make sure that I am satisfied. It may be old here but the people really care.
