Apartment Review for Charleston At Blue Ash Apartme - Cincinnati, OH

The worst thing here is the noise. There are so many dogs, and many bark every time someone walks past their apartment, and howl in the evenings when their owners leave them alone. I can also hear my neighbors having normal conversations in their bedroom, which is next to ours. There also seem to be many college aged and younger kids here, and the college aged have loud parties and the younger kids roam around and look like they're up to no good sometimes..

When we moved in the apartment was not clean, which in the bathrooms was the most disgusting. The carpet is very worn and smells like a dog, which they didn't even tell us had lived in the apartment before. The linoleum floors are old and dirty looking. The paint in the apartment is fine.

The exterior of the apartments looks very nice, and the landscaping is great - but don't be deceived! Look elsewhere!! It's too bad too, because the location is great... The maintenance people were great too.
