Review Date: 10/27/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous Bunch of HIDDEN FEES. Pay special attention to that fake company Heartland whatever and the extra made up fees that they add. Briefly, grounds are dirty, garbage pick up is poor, maintanence is slow, hidden fees are everywhere. I have friends in several different places around here and they are much happier (and pay less!).
