Apartment Review for Century Lake Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

Yuppie was been victimized twice (attempted break-in while in apartment & vehicle vandalized ($3200 in damages)) while renting on Century Lake Apartments' property. When reported to management (rental & corporate office), they refused to take ANY responsiblity for what happens on their property. Management even denied any criminal activity on their property despite public police records and personal experiences. Century Lake Apartments is clearly unsafe and management "aren't liable" (per corporate management). Apartments are drafty in the winter. Instead of replacing windows, Yuppie was advised by rental staff to purchase plastic to cover drafty windows. Apartment is nearly impossible to heat due to "crappy windows" (per staff). Ants and spiders bombard the apartment in the summer.
