Apartment Review for Carriage Sq Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I agree with other rating. When Paulina ran this apartment, it was a great place to live. I now live in a building where up to 20 illegals live in one apartment....doors slamming all night long, they break the security door on a regular basis so they can come and go at all hours (along with all their friends) and they don't need keys. Parking lot and hallway is full of trash. One resident of my building had someone try to break into his apartment. Looked out one night and 5 of them were sitting in the back of my pick up truck, smoking and drinking! This place is horrible, horrible, horrible. Am trying to break my lease as I feel my safety is compromised. When I spoke to management, they told me to call the police if I feel threatened. Thanks for your help. I do have to say that Mike (the maintenance guy) is super nice and helpful. Only good thing I can say about this s**thole apartment!
