Apartment Review for Burnet Manor - Cincinnati, OH

1. Don't rent apartments that face the street, the noise is horrible. 2. There are cockroaches. 3. There are a few break-ins in the laudry room, the money slots were damaged, until the management finds out that renters figured out a way to wash and dry clothes without having to insert money, they did not bother to fix it. But eventually they did. The apartment itself is roomy, nice wood floor, and the appliances are good. When I moved in, Ed was a pretty good manager, however, he had another position since then, the next person did not take as good care of the apartment building. But they were very fast returning all my deposit. Of course, I did a good job of cleaning up. Overall, this is a livable place it's so close to school.
