The office staff will be very nice and helpful to get you in, but once you are in, they are demeaning and will challenge you on any complaint that you may have. Not very empathetic and they don't do anything about lousy neighbors. Full of empty promises and threats but never follow through on them for those breaking the rules. OVerall, this was the worst apartment living I had ever lived in and will never go back or recommend to ANYONE. Glad to be gone!  Need to rent an apartment?
