Apartment Review for Bellevue House Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

From noise to crime to neglectful managers/owner, the problems far outweigh the benefit of living close to campus. Their buildings have roaches and they refuse to acknowledge the problem and spray more often, you can hear everything through the walls and many of the tenants are extremely loud. They refuse to follow up on noise complaints. They overcharge based on the area and the "updated" apartments. They don't do well salting and shoveling the area during snow/ice storms. The window units only cool down a small part of the room they're in (it cooled off the couch I had right in front of it, but the rest of the apartment was always about 15 degrees warmer). And they will do everything they can to hold as much of your security deposit as possible. Be sure to take pictures of the apartment, and your cleaning the apartment, if you do make the poor decision of living here. That way you can make sure they don't take a large percentage of your deposit.
