*dirty hallways *broken down old dirty mailboxes *always smells in the hallways. like mildew and cigarettes *noisy tenants *noisy neighborhood in general. parties, yelling, cops, + *overloaded trash in basement of building that causes obvious problems *no parking not even on the street. *careless managers *no personal experience from managers *complaint unanswered *people always habing out in front of building *no security *rent is too high for how crappy it looks
