Not very happy at all. Maintenance and exterminators let themselves in if you do not answer, even when they are not expected. This happened once when I was in the shower and another time while I was asleep, woken to find two men in my apartment. VERY SCARY. Problem last summer with breakins.  Need to rent an apartment?
