Apartment Review for Ashley Woods - Cincinnati, OH

Please take it from a person the has lived at Ashley Woods Apartments and has worked as a rental agent there, this is not a safe place to live or to raise your children, with the crime, drugs, murders, yes I said murders, this is something that the management does not want you to know about. The staff get's a incentive or bonus for each lease and renewal that they make in a month's time, so they will tell the perespective tenants anything to move them into a apartment. The gated community is a joke that gate has never worked and never will because the agents or company that owns the property was to cheap to pay for the installation codes on the key pads. It once had security guards but it was so bad that they even quit. As tenants of that community you do have the right when they have a apartment inspection to be present and if I were you I would be there, the management will steal you blind and say that they have know knowledge of it whatsoever. Parents please watch your children when I worked and lived there pit bulls were all over the community. Please take it from someone that has lived and worked there if this was the last place on earth to live you would be better off living in HELL!!
