Apartment Review for Arbors Of Anderson - Cincinnati, OH

My friend NNN wanted to move to these apartments. NNN was offered the priority apartment deal to put $70 down which would go towards a down payment of rent or be refunded. After waiting for 4 months longer than NNN preferred move in date, they called NNN and had an available apartment. We set up an appointment to view the apartment only to be told they had the opposite of what NNN is looking for. I was with NNN to view the apartment, and I agree with the comments on this site. The staff are the most rude, arrogant and superiority complexed sales reps I have ever met-and we are not even their tenants. My friend then decided not to move there because if this is the way they woo potential tenants, what if you move in, the dog impound would be better. To add insult to injury, my advise do not fall for the $70 deposit it is non-refundable and they have it set up that they keep it. They are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS-so if you can put up with the abuse, rudeness and pilfery go ahead and live at Arbor of Anderson. hope they will put that $70 and hire better staff, an auditor and a lawyer.
