Apartment Review for Arbors Of Anderson - Cincinnati, OH

I have had to call service many times for a variety of items many of which took a very long time to remedy. I had a water leak in my apartment that was not fixed for 2 months even though I called service approximately 6 times. The problems were band-aided and not eliminated.

The leasing agent made promises that were not kept i.e. ceiling fans to be added to the bedroom.

I made the office aware that I wanted to rent a garage near my apartment and was assured that it was on hold for me, I called 3 days prior to move in and rec'd confirmation only to learn the next day that it was not available and was given a storage area on the opposite side of the complex. That storage area is wet and damp and the lights do not work, even though we have contacted the office three times about this matter. The office stated that these are "garages" and not storage, and there's nothing they can do for the water problem, and and refused to let me out of my agreement for rental of the storage/garage space.

There is only one dumpster for the whole complex so it is often overflowing and unattractive. Mail boxes are not located near many units.
