Not sure where all the negativity is coming from. The place isn't perfect, but most of my neighbors are nice and my building is kept clean. The management has been responsive to all my requests. Dogs are allowed and they do on occasion make noise. The younger folks who live here do tend to get a little drunk and loud on the weekends. But I was young once too.  Need to rent an apartment?
