Apartment Review for 4Th & Plum Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I lived here for short term corporate housing in Summer 2008. - Phone calls were not returned by the leasing office to fix the broken air conditioning in the middle of summer. - Internet goes in and out and they tried to blame me for the problem when others were having the exact same issue. - Parking spots are assigned, but not enforced so often there is no parking that I pay for. - Pay extra for a cleaning lady, but the cleaning frequently doesn't touch the bathrooms. - I live with a roommate, who I don't know very well (but who is a great person). Management will only refund our deposit to one person. Therefore, we have to trust the other to send the half of the deposit after the apartment is vacated. Is it really THAT big of a deal to cut two checks'!'! Every issue I have is met by management with "well no one else is having that problem." Management is horrendous. I'm paying way too much for this ......
